The People

Team3
A robust set of people processes, comprising recruitment, and processes for people practices, has been created, keeping in view the local context. The talent pool is rich and vast in terms of potential. Being fresh, however, they need to be molded to the mindset of the clients they service. The design includes leveraging local partners like specific NGOs to be able to create the appropriate reach to potential candidates as well as to create an effective interview process.

The Education

A traditional focus towards education has helped create the foundation of good literacy levels in Uttarakhand (78%) which are better than the national average a rigorous training & development process has been designed on this foundation to accelerate learning & achieve performance excellence. A holistic approach to training has been taken which starts with building the need-to-learn and addressing that need in a practical manner.

Dhiraj Dolwani - CEO & Co-Founder
B.E Industrial, M.E. Systems & Info (BITS, Pilani) 25 years of experience, in IT (Software program management) and BPO (Captive & Third-party Operations); as well as Quality Systems & Process Consulting; managed Transition & Operations, Business & P&L.

Neeraj Logani - Operations and Transition
Neeraj completed his graduation from Mumbai University in 1999 and has briefly worked for domestic BPO; but it is his BPO experience of over 7 years in IBM Daksh which helped build his capability in both process & people development. He worked his way up the ranks from an operator to a position of responsibility as a Deputy Manager - mostly in the Banking and Financial Services domains, with a string of achievements lining his collar during his stint there. Neeraj manages operations & transition at B2R and loves visiting the hills.

Richa Dixit - Pre-Sales, Account Mgmt & Compliance
MSc. Applied Mathematics (MSU) Over 17 years in Outsourcing for international and domestic clients in BFSI and Publishing. Undertaken roles across multiple discipline including Training & Transition, Program & Account Management, and Compliance (QMS, SSAE, COPC, ISO 27K)

Rajendra Penna - Country Head-USA
BS Electrical Engineering (OU), MBA (IIMA) Over three decades of IT and ITES experience in India and the US, both in technology and application markets, in IT, app maintenance, product engineering and BPO across a variety of technologies and business processes .

Manjari Relan - Finance & Admin
MCA (BU), Ex-MBA (IIMC) Over 13 years of diverse work experience,, across different business areas, including finance, project & program management, operations, training, account management and talent acquisition .

Sanjana Bali - HR & Legal
LLB (DU), LLM (NLU, Jodhpur) Over 25 years across the legal spectrum including litigation, corporate advisory and alternative dispute resolution Certified mediator and seasoned law professor.

Rita N. Soni - Advisor
BE Electrical (SIT), MIA (Columbia U) Over 25 years US/India experience applying an engineer's systems approach to facilitate collaboration across sectors As CEO, NASSCOM Foundation, spearheaded 'tech4good' as a strategic business approach .

Kapil Oberoi - Technology Architect
MCSE, MCP, MCSD, MCDBA, CCNA Over 14 years in technology engineering, working on IOT product development, and creating hardware, software and telephony solutions for corporations in various domains including IT/ITES .

Urban - Rural Blend: Apart from the above mentioned leadership team, we have a good mix of young, enthusiastic team leads, group leads, trainers etc. some bringing the BPO business experience from their former urban experience and other young leaders with rural background who apply their understanding of the local context. The combination helps in the overall growth of the team by learning & improving understanding in local context and by implementing/applying experience & best practices being followed in urban context.
