B2R Technologies Pvt. Ltd.(B2R - Business 2 Rural) as a rural BPO organization, envisions delivery of business value together with social value, by way of setting up clusters of rural BPO service delivery centers to provide business support services to global clients. The core team has significant BPO experience in key focus verticals (like Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Publishing & Internet) having migrated and delivered processes from international clients for key operational processes. Our business model intrinsically addresses many key challenges faced in the urban context and aims to offer a low-cost, best-in-class service delivery footprint to cater to the out-sourcing needs of Indian businesses.

We currently have five service delivery centers, running at their planned capacity of 50 seats each, all in Distt. Nainital in Uttarakhand. Plans are underway to get 6 more centres operational in the year 2012-2013. The goal is to set up 70 such centers employing more than 6000 youth over the next 5 years.
