MCSE, MCP, MCSD, MCDBA, CCNA. Over 14 years of experience in technology engineering, worked on IOT product development, creating hardware and software and telephony solutions for corporations in various domains including IT/ITES . 

Vijay Kumar, former Group Executive Vice President, NIIT Group, has a distinguished career spread over 30 years in banking and IT industries. During his association with the NIIT group since March 2000, he was involved in several international acquisitions, setting up strategic alliances and joint ventures and new initiatives.

Between 1999-2000, Mr. Vijay Kumar worked at HSBC, India. Prior to 1999, for over 15 years, he was with the ICICI Group and was involved in various roles, in project financing and investment banking, with companies in different sectors. In his last position with the ICICI group, he was the Head of Investment Banking, ICICI Securities, and was involved in several large transactions in M&A and advisory transactions and equity and debt placement.
During the course of his career, Mr. Vijay Kumar has served on the boards of several companies, public and private, as an independent / nominee director.

Nilu has 25 years of experience servicing global and domestic clients with a wide range of IT, BPO and consulting offerings – her expertise in outsourcing and off-shoring is as old as the Indian outsourcing industry. She has spent 13 years in NIIT servicing corporate IT clients. She was a part of the core leadership team at Spectramind (later by Wipro Technologies), one of the largest third party BPO companies, for 6 years.
